WHAT WE DO
We produce an innovative device, based on an electrolyte cell, which produces a hydrogen and oxygen gas which, when introduced into the MCI, allows to optimize the performance of internal combustion engines by reducing pollutants, consumption and CO2.
PRODUCTION OF A MIXTURE OF HYDROGEN AND OXYGEN "ON DEMAND"
The device produces a hydrogen / oxygen gas “on request” (without storage), only with the engine running.
REDUCTION OF NOX, HC, CO, PMX POLLUTANTS
The device allows to reduce the pollutants produced by MCI currently on the market.
REDUCTION OF FUEL CONSUMPTION
The HHO gas, produced by our device, and introduced into the engine, has the consequence that the fuel burns more completely, making combustion more efficient and reducing fuel consumption.
IMPROVEMENT OF COMBUSTION
An internal combustion engine uses, at best, 75% of the fuel, while approximately 25% of the unburned fuel escapes into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe. By optimizing combustion, our device further reduces the part of unburned fuel, reducing exhaust gases and consumption. The device optimizes combustion without diminishing the power of the engine.
REDUCTION OF CO2
The application of our device to the MCI as a retrofit, allows the reduction of fuel consumption and consequently the reduction of CO2 produced by combustion.
THE CHOICE OF HYDROGEN
Hydrogen is a low-polluting fuel, with a great calorific value that makes it particularly efficient, and does not generate dangerous emissions. Our device produces it through the electrolysis process, with which electrical energy is transformed into chemical energy. It is a process that involves the use of electricity and water and the result of which is the production of hydrogen and oxygen. The electricity required for electrolysis can be taken from the engine and / or produced from renewable sources. The use of hydrogen is a benefit for the environment that is in addition to that of the lengthening of the end of life of vehicles / engines.
REMOTE TESTING AND ASSISTANCE
Thanks to the use of smart glasses, we work on the added value of Extended Reality solutions offering the possibility to connect to a remote operator and see in real time exactly what it sees, to send documents or to draw on a virtual whiteboard all what is displayed in the operator’s field of view.
BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY FOR TRACEABILITY
An aid for sustainability to trace the origin of goods and services along the supply chain, to identify unequivocally the cost of a given product, including information such as materials used, quality, quantity and origin.
